TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All participants must be 18 years and above, be Kenyan Citizens / Residents and possess an ID and /or passports.
• Shoppers at RIDGEWAYS MALL will be entitled to one raffle ticket for every purchase of Ksh 1,000/= (or units of Kshs 1,000/= thereafter) made at any of the outlets within the mall.
• Shoppers shall claim their correct entitlement of raffle tickets upon presentation of their purchase receipts and failure to do so shall negate any further claim.
• Staff and families of RIDGEWAYS MALL, tenants, sponsors, Knight Frank and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
• KWS Accommodation packages must be used within six (6) months of winning them, are subject to availability (excluding Valentine’s, Easter and Christmas periods) and are not redeemable for cash. Transport to and from the KWS Lodges or Guest Houses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Payment of all national and local taxes, processing and payment of visas & other traveling expenses, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Value of prizes are those provided by manufacturers and sponsors and are current at the time of the commencement of the promotion.
• Payment of billings, invoices or accounts on credit are excluded. The Ridgeways mall Management and Promotion Assistants maintain the right to exclude certain items or services from this offer.
• Participation by Ridgeways mall’s banks, casinos, and / or forex bureaus are excluded.
• Receipts from the purchase of The Ridgeways mall Gift Vouchers from the management office are not valid.
• The Ticket Prize booth is operational from 10:00am to 7:00pm daily. However, it shall remain closed on 25^th and 26^th December 2022 and 1^st and 2^nd January 2023. As such, receipts for purchases made on 25^th & 26^th December, 2022 will be validated on 27^th December, 2022 and receipts for purchases made on 1^st & 2^nd January, 2023 will be validated 3^rd January, 2023.
• The Grand Draw for the final prizes will be conducted at RIDGEWAYS MALL on Friday 6^th January, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
• Only one name can be drawn for each prize at the Grand Draw. Hence, a winner is entitled to only one prize, no more.
• The promotion shall end earlier than Friday 6^th January, 2023, 2.00pm if all raffle tickets printed and held by the mall have all been issued.
• ALL Prizes for this promotion cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
• Winners will be notified by phone via mobile numbers 0724 629148.
• All prizes must be collected in person by each respective winner, no exceptions. (If the winner is unable to collect their prize personally, they can send someone on their behalf to collect their prize provided that they come with a copy of their National ID, a copy of the winner’s National ID and a written and signed letter from the winner stating that they’ve authorized the named individual / person to collect their prize on their behalf.)
• All winners must provide TWO clear copies of their National ID or Passport in order to claim their prizes.
• Any prize not claimed by 31^st March, 2023, 5.00pm, will be surrendered to the Betting Control & Licensing Board.
• Values of prizes are those provided by manufacturers and sponsors and are current at the time of the commencement of the promotion.
• By participating in this promotion, the shopper has authorized RIDGEWAYS MALL to use their name and photo, statements and likeness, without charge, for promotional purposes in RIDGEWAYS MALL publications, newspaper, Social Media and any form of media formats it so chooses for the duration of this Christmas promotion.
• Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in a contestant’s immediate disqualification.
• The decision by the Judges and/or the BCLB is final.
