Promotion period: Now to 31st December, 2025

 

How to enter:

It’s easy! Draw, Colour, Paint and / or Craft the Shopping Mall or Store Logo posted daily on Facebook and Instagram.

You can be as Creative as you like and make the logo Festive and Merry in line with the Christmas promotion!

Take a clear photo of it and upload it on https://www.facebook.com/ridgewaysmallkenya and / or https://www.instagram.com/ridgeways_mall write:-

  • Parents / Guardians Mobile number
  • Parents / Guardians Email address
  • Child’s Full name
  • Child’s Age

 

How Winners will be Selected:

Once you upload your Christmas Art and / or Craft on https://www.facebook.com/ridgewaysmallkenya and / or https://www.instagram.com/ridgeways_mall/ people will be invited to VOTE for their favourite Art and / or Craft.

 

The Christmas Art & Crafts submitted with the HIGHEST LIKES will be REWARDED with Ridgeways mall Shopping vouchers.

 

  • Voting will take place daily until 31st December, 2025, 12 midnight.
  • ONLY THREE Children / Winners from each Age Category, with the Highest total combined Facebook and / or Instagram likes, will be REWARDED as follows: –
  • Kids Age group category – 2 to 5 years (3 winners with Highest total combined Facebook / Instagram Likes)
  • Kids Age group category – 6 to 9 years (3 winners with Highest total combined Facebook / Instagram Likes)
  • Kids Age group category – 10 to 13 years (3 winners with Highest total combined Facebook / Instagram Likes)

 

  • Once ALL the winners have been identified, their names will be posted on Facebook and / or Instagram.
  • Deadline for ALL winners to collect their prizes is 31st January, 2026 12 noon. Failure to which the winner/ winners forfeits their prize.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1.          Ridgeways Mall CHRISTMAS Art & Craft Contest is open to children between ages age 2 and 13 years.

  1. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE NAIROBI RESIDENTS OR LIVE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO RIDGEWAYS MALL AS THEY’LL NEED TO PERSONALLY COME TO RIDGEWAYS MALL MANAGEMENT OFFICE TO COLLECT THEIR PRIZES PERSONALLY.
  2. To enter the CHRISTMAS Art & Craft Contest, kindly read through the terms & conditions and agree to adhere to them to enable you to participate and upload your child’s / children’s Art and / or Craft.
  3. Ensure the PHOTO taken of the Art and / or Craft, to be uploaded on Facebook and / or Instagram, is clearly visible before uploading. Any uploads that are unclear / blurry will be immediately
  4. The participating child / children need to ensure they write their full name, age, parents / guardian’s mobile number & email address before uploading their Christmas Art and / or Craft onto Facebook and / or Instagram. Any uploads that do not have any of this information will be immediately disqualified.
  5. Late, invalid, duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered. Ridgeways mall management will not accept any responsibility for lost entries.
  6. Inappropriate language or content will be immediately removed at the earliest possibility and not be considered / disqualified.
  7. Only ONE Christmas Art and / or Craft per Child can be uploaded per day on both Facebook and / or Instagram. Failure to adhere to this will lead to immediate disqualification of the contestant.
  8. Your submission must not infringe on the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
  9. The children / winner will be chosen according to the total combined number of Facebook and / or Instagram likes their uploaded Christmas Art and / or Craft receive on Facebook and / or Instagram. The results submitted are final and no discussions / negotiations will be entered into concerning the outcome.

  1. Participants have between 11.00a.m to 12.00 midnight daily to Inbox RIDGEWAYS MALL on Facebook and / Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ridgeways_mall or https://www.instagram.com/ridgeways_mall with their Christmas Art & Craft design.
  2. DAILY PARTICIPANTS OF THE CHRISTMAS ART& CRAFT CONTEST ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE AND WIN ONCE FROM THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE PROMOTION, 19TH DECEMBER, 2025 TO THE LAST DAY 31ST DECEMBER, 2025. HENCE, IF A PARTICIPANT TAKES PART IN THE CHRISTMAS ART & CRAFT DIGITAL CONTEST AND WINS ON THE 1ST DAY, THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE AGAIN.
  3. IF A PARTICIPANT, WHO HAS PARTICIPATED IN THE CHRISTMAS ART & CRAFT CONTEST DIGITAL CONTEST AND WON BEFORE, IS FOUND TO BE PARTICIPATING AGAIN, THEY’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
  4. Each winner will be notified of their winnings / prize via mobile number 0724 629 148 and sent a message via RIDGEWAYS MALL’s Instagram and / or Facebook private inbox indicating the location, date and time to collect their prize personally.
  5. All entries, once submitted, become the property of RIDGEWAYS MALL. Winners grant RIDGEWAYS MALL all rights and interest in the entry; we reserve the right to use it in our print or electronic media, and to edit for brevity, clarity and style.
  6. Each Winner will be presented with their Ridgeways mall Shopping Vouchers , at the end of the promotion i.e. Saturday 10th January, 2026 between 10:00am and 12 noon at RIDGEWAYS MALL MANAGEMENT OFFICE, on the 1st
  7. The promotion will also end if a participant fails to inbox their Christmas Art & Craft by the deadline date and time i.e. Wednesday 31st December, 2025 by or before 12.00 midnight to https://www.instagram.com/ridgeways_mall or https://www.instagram.com/ridgeways_mall.
  8. All prizes must be collected in person by each respective winner, no exceptions. (If the winner is unable to collect their prize personally, they can send someone on their behalf to collect their prize provided that they come with a copy of their National ID, a copy of the winner’s National ID and a written and signed letter from the winner stating that they’ve authorized the named individual / person to collect their prize on their behalf.)
  9. All winners must provide a clear photocopy of their National ID or Passport in order to claim their prizes.
  10. Any prize not claimed by Saturday 31st January, 2026 will be forfeited by the winner.
  11. Value of prizes are those provided by RIDGEWAYS MALL management, tenants, outlet, manufacturers and sponsors and are current at the time of the commencement of the promotion.
  12. By participating in this promotion, the shopper has to give official written and signed authorization to Ridgeways Mall management to use their name and photo, statements and likeness, without charge, for promotional purposes in Ridgeways mall’s publications, newspaper, social media, and any form of media formats it so chooses for the duration of this Christmas promotion.
  13. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in a contestant’s immediate disqualification.
  14. The decisions by the Judges and/or RIDGEWAYS MALL Management are final.
  15. Entrants agree to indemnify RIDGEWAYS MALL affiliated and subsidiary companies from and against any and all claims and liabilities in connection with this contest. Any dispute regarding submission of entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized persons i.e. Parents / Guardians of the Kids Drawings / Paintings / Colourings uploaded on Facebook and / or Instagram at the time of entry. “Authorized contestant” is defined as the persons who have agreed to submit the Kids Drawings / Paintings to Ridgeways Mall to be used for the Ridgeways Mall CHRISTMAS Art & Craft Contest.
  16. RIDGEWAYS MALL reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of these rules.
  17. NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK / INSTAGRAM / META BUSINESS: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, META Business / Facebook / Instagram and release META Business / Facebook / Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to Ridgeways Mall and not to Facebook and / or Instagram, and will be used to notify you if you have won, and to inform you about programs and special offers from Ridgeways Mall and our trusted partners.
  18. NOTE: The Authorized person is the parent / guardian uploading the Art & Craft on behalf of child / children below the 18 years https://www.instagram.com/ridgeways_mall or https://www.instagram.com/ridgeways_mall.
