Ingredients

20ml vodka
10ml Chambord
20ml pomegranate juice, chilled
Champagne, cava or other fizz, chilled, to top
Pomegranate seeds, to garnish
Edible gold leaf, to garnish (optional)

Method

  1.  Pour the vodka, Chambord and pomegranate juice into a martini glass. Top with fizz. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. If you want to up the luxe factor, decorate the seeds with edible gold leaf first.
